Can you terminate the brokerage contract that you signed with us if you are dissatisfied?
If you wish to discontinue the sale of your property and, consequently, if you wish to terminate the brokerage contract that you signed with us, it will be possible for you to do so in certain situations and under certain conditions. The right of withdrawal is granted to you by the Real Estate Brokerage Act.. According to the law, the seller has a period of three days following the day he receives a copy of the brokerage contract, despite any stipulation to the contrary. He may then terminate the contract at his discretion by sending written notice to this effect to the broker or agency.
